Honestly, these guys try their best. Yes, our food was late yesterday, but the pizza was hot and fresh when it arrived. Our previous orders have been great. Whoever cuts the pizza is still working on it. I’ve tried to cut pizza. It’s not that easy lol. Anyway, the man who made the delivery said it was a busy night. It happens. A lot of people who complain have probably never worked in these kind of jobs, so they have no idea what it’s like to be in their shoes. Some of those people who complain probably have stay at home jobs and do nothing productive all day besides complain. Some people just live to complain because they are miserable themselves. My husband is a chef, and his tip for the rude and nasty people is be kind to those who handle your food. The people who handle your food are also in control of your health. Don’t mess with people who handle your food. Overall, great job guys and gals! You’re probably new and are trying to get the hang of multitasking. It will come. Continue to work on those skills to perfect it. It takes time. You’ll get there. Ignore those male and female Karens who have never worked hard in their life. Also, if it makes you all feel better, I’ve ordered from a few Dominos in Provo who are way worse, but like you, the employees try. The food was great non the less. Delivery driver was polite. We had a girl deliver in the past and she was kind and polite too. The pizza had extra toppings on it, but that’s okay because I’m a person who likes extra on my food so no complaints from me

It's been 4 years since I last shared my review of this Domino's, which wasn't very positive at all. But I have continued to order pizza from them and they have improved greatly. And I'm happy to make a five star review today. In fact, I learned something new today, that if you want nice hot pizza delivery is best because it leaves the oven and gets to you much faster than going and picking it up! This is usually because for in-store pickup they are finishing the pizza 10 minutes earlier than the tracker says. Regardless, Domino's is still one of my favorite pizza places and these guys do a good job.

Dominos has done a great job at improving their pizzas. This store does a great job. Pizzas are done on time and tastes better than other major chains. Their online app deals are pretty good.

Look I feel like people in the food industry get the short end of the stick sometimes on reviews! I see a lot of 1 star reviews and I came to do the opposite. Yes, there are times that Dominos falls a bit short or it isn't the best pizza but If I order 50 pizzas in a year I bet that would only be 2 of those pizzas are the ones I speak of! The other 48 are perfect! They do the best they can for the most part and I really appreciate how quick and good they do it. For that 5 stars for all the folks here! It's so easy to complain, but its not as easy for folks now days to just say thank you! Thanks, Dominos Team!

I just wanted to shout out the employees and manager working tonight! I ordered through DoorDash and for some reason my order got lost for like 40 minutes, so I called the store and they made a fresh order and sent it to us to make up for it!
